I get emails that I want to file away as business expenses. They are very deterministic. I could easily set rules to do things to them in Mail.app.
What I want to do is automatically print these emails to PDF, save the PDF to a specified folder, and then archive the email.
I don’t even know where to start. I have licenses to like… all of the tools. Anyone have advice on how they would accomplish this?
The MacSparky YouTube channel has a video on this. It shows how to do most of what I think you want but you’ll have to modify it a bit.
