Workout Kilometer Analysis

While I have Workouts++ I fancy extracting running workout data from the Health App.

In particular, I want to understand things kilometer by kilometer.

For example, today’s run I slowed down a bit on an uphill stretch. I’d quite like to track that kilometer over coming runs. So altitude gain and split time would be good.

(No, I’m not a competitive or compulsive runner but I would like the instrumentation to help me track fitness gain.)

Has anyone done anything like this, perhaps with Shortcuts. What can be done?
