Upload file to iCloud shortcut not working …

I built a fairly simple shortcut that takes any file you pass to it, uploads it to a specific folder on my iCloud Drive, gets the link to that file, and copies it to my clipboard.

Although, when I run it, it does nothing. I get a little check in my Dynamic Island, but that’s it. No file is saved to the folder, and nothing is on my clipboard. Am I missing something obvious?

Sorry, I’m an idiot … I realized that I need to add the shortcut input to the “File” variable. I did that, and it’s working now, but it seems to send as a Mail Drop attachment. Is that expected? Kind of lame that it won’t show an embed of the image of file. Looks like you’ve got to download it before you can look at it.
