Two quick questions about email triggers for Shortcut automations

I’m using a Shortcut triggered automation to parse the content of incoming emails to a particular account for key data (using RegEx) and generate an OmniFocus project from a Taskpaper template populated with that data. This is all working OK but there are two minor irritations and wondered if there were any workarounds

  1. I’d like the Shortcut to trigger when any email is received at a specific email address (irrespective of sender or subject) but as far as I can tell I can’t leave the subject field content unspecified (currently using a ‘contains " "’ condition)
  2. At the moment when the automation triggers I get a notification on my phone (running iOS16) that I have to tap to run the Shortcut: is there any way to get this to trigger and run without confirmation?
