Spotlight's keyboard shortcut for Recent Documents changed in Ventura?

Before Ventura, I could use Spotlight to open a document from an app’s “Recent Documents” list without using the mouse.

I would cmd-space to open spotlight, type enough letters to select an app, move down to the apps name, hit tab (or maybe right arrow??), and I could then use arrow keys to select one of the recent documents to open (by hitting return)

In Ventura, I can select the app in spotlight, but can only hit the space bar to open a quick preview window that lists the recent documents. I cannot move focus over to that list of documents without using the mouse.

Did this function disappear? Do I need to change some preference setting?

Thanks
