Every weekend, I have a process where I collate and update my financial information. I manually log into multiple sites, then open an excel sheet and put everything into split-screen view (full screen with 2 side by side apps). Opening the apps and launching the specific sites is all nice and easy via automation but is there a way to then put them into the split screen view?
Have you looked at window management tools (that can be scripted), like Moom, or a more generic tool like Keyboard Maestro? There are lots of examples for window management using these tools if you Google for them.
