Sorry about the Capitol letters.
I am wondering if it is possible to make a shortcut that links to a specific page in a pdf so I can quickly get to this page?

You can create a link using Hook: https://hookproductivity.com
Select text in any fully linkable PDF app, use Hook’s “Copy Link” or “Copy Markdown Link”. Paste the link in your notes, todo list, doc-review comments, tasks lists, even in emails. Clicking on the link will (a) open the PDF, and (b) auto-scroll to that specific location in the file! You can even share these links with others: they can open the shared files on their Macs, like magic!
DEVONthink and DEVONthink To Go have an option to create a link to a specific page in the form of a url
x-devonthink-item://document-id?page=15
Shortcuts has an action to Open URL that will then take you directly to that page of your document.
Hope that helps.
