Shortcut for the Tags Command

I can’t seem to assign a shortcut for the Tags command via the Keyboard Shortcuts in the Settings app.

I’ve tried these:

“Tags” followed by ellipse (option semicolon)
“Tags” followed by three periods
“Tags” followed by space followed by ellipse (option semicolon)
“Tags” followed by space three periods
“Tags” followed by non-breaking space (option-space) followed by ellipse (option semicolon)
“Tags” followed by non-breaking space (option-space) followed by three periods.

Any ideas what combination works?

OSX Daily suggests it should be ‘Tag’ then no space before a final three periods. I’ve not had chance to check it, on my Mac, but I’m also not on the latest OS version.

I think this is broke in Mojave
