When would you envisage using this shortcut rather than a browser bookmark; note Safari can add bookmarks to the home page. The only scenario I can think of is maybe from the notification centre widget, but would that be something you would want there?
Well, you can’t open a bookmark via Siri, I don’t think, so that might be one use.
Try “Hey Siri, open bbc.co.uk” and it will take you to the BBC home page. But for the URL above, I would concede that requesting in this way via Siri is impractical to say the least.
