I encountered an issue where on my iPad, the iOS shortcuts that are enabled as a share sheet action, were not listed when pressing the share sheet button, despite being visible on my phone and other devices.
A quick google showed that this is a fairly common problem listed on the Apple forums with many of the suggested fixes being to delete and reinstall shortcuts from scratch. I found an easier fix so I thought I should share it.
The problem appears to driven by one or more of the share sheet enabled shortcuts having a version conflict where, when you try and edit the shortcut on your device, the app says -"Which version of the of the shortcut do you want to keep, the one from your phone on xx June or the one from your iPad, on yy June etc’ . I have seen for sometime that there appears to be a bug in the way that Shortcuts syncs between different devices that throws up many version conflict issues.
To fix the issue, simple go into the Shortcuts folder that lists your share sheet enabled shortcuts and systematically work through each of them, pressing the … edit button and resolving any version conflicted that is then presented.
I found I had to resolve all of them before any Shortcuts Share sheet actions would show on my iPad.
Hope this is helpful
