Setting / cancelling call forward from a shortcut

Has anyone managed to do this? There are no actions that I can find to control call forwarding on iOS in shortcuts.

Setting the forward up as a contact doesn’t work either, as when used in shortcuts, the shortcode *21# generates the message:

MMI or SSD is not supported

I have the same issue, and unfortunately haven’t found a solution yet.

I even tried to hard code the number in the shortcut.
