Save to bookmarks from a choose from list?

I use Safari Bookmarks to keep various webpages that I want to keep for reference.
For example,
Let’s say that in my bookmarks folder I have the following folders:

  1. The Beatles
  2. Bourbon
  3. Chocolate recipes

When I come across a webpage that I want to keep, I use the share sheet >> Add Bookmark, then navigate to the appropriate folder to save.

Is there a way thru Shortcuts to create a shortcut with maybe a “choose from list” to save the webpage in the folder I want it in?

I know there are probably 10,000 other/better ways to store webpages for references, but currently this is the one that works for me.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, Shortcuts has no access to the Safari bookmarks so it can’t read or create them.
