Save iOS downloads from Chrome to Dropbox or GDrive

I like to save PDF carousels from LinkedIn on my iPhone to look at later on Windows PC.

When I save the PDF, it gets saved into the Chrome downloads folder on my phone. (I assume that’s because Chrome is set as my default browser on iOS).

At this point, it’s in limbo in the Chrome downloads folder. Can I automate so that gets sent ideally to a Dropbox folder (or Google Drive folder if that’s less hassle with Chrome)? Any tips appreciated.

Can a windows PC sync with iCloud Drive? If so you might be able to set your chrome downloads location to the downloads folder in iCloud Drive.
