Renaming and saving a file

For the love of Pete.

Trying to combine use of some built-in actions and some Toolbox Pro (Pro) extensions to make my own document scanner which can, apart from anything else, pre-fill the date formatted as yyyy-MM-dd at the beginning of the resulting file name.

Can’t for the life of Sally get the PDF to save even to the Desktop folder. Seem to hit this snag every time (see pic)

Try set name as your file doesn’t exist on media to be renamed.
