Rename Workflow Problems

I have a workflow (Quick Action ) that I wish to alter and rename…

I have been trying to do this for a while now and I am ready to toss it out the window. URGGGGGGG

-I open up Automator
-Click on the Quick Action
-Open an existing Document
-Find the workflow doc and click on it to open in Automator
-Alter what is needed
-Go to menu
-Cannot find “Save as” , all I see is “Save”. But the “Save” does not allow me to rename !

Please advise
Ron

Here’s my process based on my old “Services” process.

Create Duplicate Quick Action

  1. Open the workflow quick action you wish to rename in Automator.
  2. Select the option to duplicate the workflow form the file menu.
  3. Save the quick action with the desired name and close Automator.

Remove Old Quick Action

  1. Open Finder and navigate to the Services folder (Library\Services in your home folder).
    • In Finder, select the Go menu, hold down ⌥ (Alt/Option),
    • “Library” will appear on the menu; select it.
    • Navigate to the folder called “Services”.
  2. Select the old quick action with the name you no longer want.
  3. Delete it.

Hope that helps.
