Possible to open a photo in the Photos app?

I am trying to build a widget with the awesome WidgetPack that displays a random photo, and if I click on it, it will open that photo in Photos.

Basically, is it possible to take an image from the Photos library and open it using a Shortcut action? I can see all the actions for finding photos, but none of these open the image, they all seem designed to send the image elsewhere.

Open photo, run this shortcut from share sheet to get its name.
Then create a shortcut to open a photo using filter “NAME”

That opens the photo in a quick look, but doesn’t open the photo in the Photos app (where I could “heart” it or add to an album)
