Incidentally @sylumer do you know if it’s possible to copy one element, a list for instance, from one Shortcut to another? Instead of having to do a list all over again.

No, but technically if you modify a shortcut file directly, it is possible; just not recommended unless you are comfortable with that sort of direct hacking approach.
However, you could share a single source which in my opinion is better.
If you put text into a file and read that in and split into a list you could share that amongst multiple Shortcuts. Similarly, you could do the same with having the list selection in a separate shortcut and use the run shortcut action in each of your other Shortcuts.
