i want to create shortcut in iPad that :
open album (call wisdom) and it will give me the last photo i taking first
the situation now is i have shortcut that open the album but i need to scroll all away down to see the last photo i take

I think the reason you have not had a response is because no one knows of a way to automate an album to do that on the iPad with Shortcuts.
If you just wanted to view the last photo in an album or display a set of them in a quick look or something in reverse chronological order, then I think you would have more luck. Getting Photos to open the album and display images to you in a particular way … well that’s a bit of a tougher ask right now.
It is also always worth sharing how far you have got with your own shortcut
