Is possible to use pushcut server to set do not disturb an all my iOS devices when I put my principal (iPhone) on do not disturb. (And then revert the action)?

You would still have to confirm via notification on devices other than the one running the server if that server is pushing out to them to trigger it.
exactly, Pushcut can only run things “automatically” on the server device. a smart notification is the best you can do at the moment in iOS.
