Newbie Q: Passing Project and Description from Shortcuts to Toggl

I understand how to start and stop a timer in Toggl with a Shortcuts. I assume it is possible to pass a Project and Description from Shortcuts to Toggl, but I haven’t figured out how. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

You will need to use the API.
