I’m having problems with automated deletion of folders on a NAS network mount. Specifically, I have a Hazel rule that moves a folder with a certain tag to a folder on my Synology NAS network mount point, but in the last week it has started giving me an error of being unable to complete processing, which leaves the original folder in place and then the rule repeats ad infinitum. I’ve been in contact with the Hazel developer and he says he’s seen reports of people having trouble deleting from a network mount, although a manual delete is no problem. And this is specific to folders, not individual files. Has anyone else seen similar problems with automation-related folder activity on a Synology NAS?
