Hi there, I recently moved from Germany to the Republic of Ireland. I brought with me my Aqara G2H Camera Hub, which I bought in Germany and have used there for 6 months. When trying to set it up in Ireland, I get the error notification “account binding failed”. In the checklist within the Aqara app it says, “Make sure the hub is purchased in the same location as your account login.” What exactly do they mean by “same location”? Same country, same continent? As Germany and Ireland are both members of the EU and thus share a common market, products should work in both countries from an international trade law perspective.
