Logging Fitness Goals with Charty and Data Jar

Last Fall I decided to start tracking body measurements other than just my weight. Originally I created a Shortcut that created a markdown table and saved it to Day One, but after learning about Data Jar and Charty recently I thought that I could track things even better (and see trends in my data with charts) using those two apps.

What resulted is a Shortcut that logs my body measurements into Data Jar, then pulls the last month of data from Data Jar and builds a few charts from them. It’s been really helpful!
