What apps support scripting natively on iOS? Please add any you can think of. I’m not so interested in scripting apps (Scriptable, Pythonista, Shortcuts, etc.) but in productivity apps that can be scripted.

A borderline case might be Calca in terms of the way you can define things in it, but they are for the purpose of calculation rather than it being a scripting solution like Pythonista, Scriptable, etc. Which I think would technically meet your criteria as it currently stands.
It might also be worth noting, that whilst in many ways it is outdated, chaining of URL callbacks is something that in some apps allows a modicum of internal scripting - e.g. in apps such as Launch Center Pro.
