Issues with Shortcuts hanging

I’m adding a contact to a phone using PushCut + ShortCuts

This is what’s hanging. Seems it winds up with a checkmark stuck on the screen. Once I click on the checkmark it asks me for some manual feedback. But everything is set to not need that and most of the time it doesn’t.

Once this happens it basically make the server stick and all future requests fail or timeout.

I’m running this on an iPhone 7 and have tried an iPhone 8 with dedicated devices.

Another thing I’m playing with is having Scriptable do the actual calls Vs. Having Shortcuts do them as the calls seems to hang in Shortcuts sometimes.
