I’ve seen another discussion here on Automators and seen Simon’s tweet about this subject, but that was nearly a year and a half ago.
So my question is: is Scriptable for macos still on its way?
It would be really cool, especially with macos Sonoma, have it working, but I also understand that with the latest apple releases (such as Vision Pro) this project might have taken a back seat.

That’s exactly what’s happening. Dev is/has worked a lot of time with his other app Runestone for the Vision Pro.
Either way, there was a Scriptable for Mac beta which was essentially the iPad version of it. That’s what I’m using now.
