Is it possible to open an app while phone is locked?

Hi,

I would like to launch an app when I leave certain wifi network. When phone is unlocked, everything works. But when phone is locked… it doesn’t. Any way to make this to work?

Unfortunately, shortcuts can’t do that while locked.
