iOS13 Support on Ipad Air

Hello I have an IPAD Air 1 and have installed the Public Beta profiles but when I go to the:

General: Software Update

It checks for an update but it states iOS 12.4 (Your Software is up to date).

Can anybody help, Apple support did not help.

That iPad isn’t on the compatibility list.

Therefore you can’t put the new 13 beta on it.
