iOS Focus Filters using App Filters as a trigger

I’m trying to figure out a way using Pushcut and Focus Filter App filters to trigger when SLEEP focus mode is turned ON or OFF. Ideally I’d like to toggle a Homekit switch ON or OFF, based on the state of the Sleep focus mode. I need the trigger to be intelligent enough to know if the focus mode was just turned ON or OFF, not a simple state ‘toggle’ if that makes sense.

When I’m in the Focus mode Focus Filters and tap on Pushcut it’s unclear to me between Homekit scenes, notifications, or shortcuts that I’m able to understand if the Sleep focus mode is now in an ON or OFF state and send different notifications based on the new focus mode state.

For example, if Sleep focus mode was triggered as being turned ON, then set Homekit scene “Sleep time” or call a Shortcut with a similar name. Likewise, if Sleep focus mode was changed to OFF, then call a different Homekit scene (e.g. “Good morning”) or a similar Shortcut name.
