iOS Combine PDFs?

On iOS, is there a way to combine PDFs? I am open to using Shortcuts, Scriptable, Pythonista. I have a directory in iCloud Drive that has several PDFs and I would like to combine them into one pdf. I also have PDFExpert but couldn’t figure out a way.

Thanks for any advice.

In shortcuts add each PDF in order to a variable then use the make PDF action to combine them.

Thank you. I was able to modify your example to select multiple files using Files and combine them into a single pdf.
