I just bought an iBeacon but I don’t know how to setup it with the iOS shortcuts automation. I asked chatGPT and it replied that I need to find Beacon’s section inside Automation Personal which I couldn’t find.

It isn’t a native option. You would need to look at something like Pushcut.

Unfortunately pushcut requires a subscription server to automate without a confirmation. Do you know how to avoid needing a server?
Just to note there is a lifetime pro option that gives you some server use - I have/use this and it is still available in the pricing list; though I’m not actively using iBeacons at the moment.
I don’t know of any way to use an iBeacon as a trigger without confirmation otherwise.
Could you use a Shortcuts automation option like geo location (arreive/ at) or connecting to a particular WiFi network? I appreciate these are both likely to have a larger coverage area than an iBeacon, but I’m reality iBeacon ranging can vary a lot even with a static transmission level. it might be worth a read through the (whole) topic below. It talks about Launch Center Pro rather than Pushcut, but I noted some details that could be relevant to your use.
In terms of what I’ve used more recently for accurate location, I only have tried this at home, but it is based around Bluetooth proximity signal to ESP32 devices in combination with a mm wave human presence detector and a Home Assistant server checking the logic and running automations. However, it was just an experiment as I don’t need anything to happen anywhere is me, and only me, enter or leaves an area. But this is the most accurate combination I have used so far.
