Last year I made a few shortcuts to help keep track of gifts and thank you notes to write for them.
First, one that tracks incoming gifts with a downsized photo into a Gifts album and a note about whom the gift is from, that goes into a Reminders list.
Then, one that pulls up the Reminders list or, if there are none, deletes the photos in the Gifts album. This one I set to run as a personal automation on a day/time that’s convenient for writing and mailing handwritten thank you notes, which for me is Saturday mornings.
Nothing fancy in either one. Kind of useful. Welcome ideas for improving.
