Get rid of those stupid orphaned tabs when I click a zoom link

Hi there,
Every time you click a Zoom meeting link you end up with an orphaned tab which opens the Zoom app.

I really don’t want those, sometimes I don’t close them straight away and then I forget.
I was wondering if I could catch a new tab in Chrome, check the URL for the Zoom string and then close that tab.
I can’t see a way to fire a KM script when a tab is opened. Does anyone have a suggestion?

So folks, I’ve managed to sort it out. Bit of a faff and I’m not certain its the best way but it works.
