I’m leading a class this fall, and I’m collecting information from the participants. I should have used a form, but I didn’t think of that. Now, I’ve got emails coming in with birthdays, contact info, and all that, and I’m wondering if there’s a way or an automation to extract that information out and send it to a specific spreadsheet.
Any help or ideas?
Are the e-mails all using a standard format/structure, or is it a free for all?
If nicely structured then you can probably do something.
If it isn’t and you have multiple data entries if the same type, then it might be easier for someone to do it manually.
If it is something in between, then it really depends on what you have got.
