I produce a number of video based learning sessions with subject matter experts from around our company. I’m looking for the simplest way to document edits that need to be made (new chapters, barking dogs, etc) by using timestamps that format as the time in the recording rather than the current time on my computer. Example: if there is an edit needed at 7 minutes and 18 seconds into our recording the timestamp would read 07:18 rather than 2:15pm (the local time on my Mac).
I swear I’ve heard of someone solving for this already.
