I sometimes work through some reminders. I was wondering about detecting them and doing something like Keyboard Maestro’s Display text large. Even if the text just said check your reminders it would help. Actually the same thing happens with Skype which is my office phone these days. Any ideas on how to trigger something when Outlook (or calendar) pops up a reminder?
And I won’t be overwhelmed. I have turned off most Outlook reminders. I just have meetings enabled.
