Create Project Page in Bear and add task to Goodtask

I have begun creating my project notes in Bear for all new projects. That contains the detail, meeting notes, etc. I then create a task in GoodTask to manage the project using subtasks and contexts for what needs to be done. So far it’s working well.

Recently I saw in reddit a great shortcut for adding the Bear note and a T3 note and decided to create something similar for GoodTask. The shortcut below will ask the name of the project, if it is a work or personal project and then create a project note in bear with some base tags. Following that it will take the returned Bear note ID and create a GoodTask reminder with a link to the Bear note. Hope someone finds it useful. Please let me know if there are any problems with it.

Between this and the journal shortcut for Bear I found the other day, I can start to consolidate into to just Spark, Bear & GoodTask ( was asking the GoodTask developer the other day if he had plans for attachments; with this it’s not really necessary now).

The next step is to figure out a shortcut to create a task in GoodTask from an existing Bear note.
