Combining 240 Pages files

I have not found a satisfactory solution for combining 240 Pages documents (want to create an ePub book).

I’ve been able to combine in word, but have to give permissions to each individual document (ugh).

I can copy and paste to a master document (ugh).

Ideas?

Given Page’s limitations on doing this sort of thing, I’d be tempted to use a crude Keyboard Maestro macro to loop 240 times and copy & paste the contents of the individual Pages files into a single combined file.
