CMD +P +P MS Word 'untitled' file name

I’ve had CMD +P +P set up courtesy of @macsparky for a couple of years now and what a time saver! However, with the move to Ventura I have a problem (and it’s not the addition of the ellipses) When I have saved a PDF in MS Word previously, the existing filename was carried over to the PDF. Now when I use CMD +P +P the filename is replaced with ‘untitled’. My old 2015 MBP on Monterey still carries over the filename, only my MBA running Ventura does this. To make matters more intriguing Excel and Powerpoint, along with most Apple Apps still retain the filename. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Anyone found a fix?
