Automation not running properly

I have created an automation with three shortcuts to run consequitively but at a gap of 5 seconds

The problem is they don’t run
Sometimes only one will run and the others don’t

Should I create three separate automations or should I increase the time lag

When I run them manually it runs perfectly

We don’t know what those shortcuts are doing so that kind of limits the quality of any advice, but you could just try the two approaches you listed and see what the results are for your shortcuts. Presumably it will only take you a few minutes to test both approaches and check the results.

Apologies for the late reply I was working on a project and didn’t see the app update

So the solution I reckon is the tile in between each step in the automation and I put in a 10 second lapse
