Automate a Phone Call

Hello,
Is it possible to create a shortcut that make a phone call based on what time it is? For instance, at 11am your shortcut activates and the phone call is made.

No, the closest you can get is to use something like Launch Center Pro to prompt you to make the call (opening the notification would then help you place the call, or run a shortcut).

Siri is also pretty “smart” at this sort of thing and might reasonably prompt you based on your calendar event contents or even just because it becomes a pattern.
