Does anyone know if it is possible to build a shortcut to the App Store purchase history page? I like to keep an eye on family purchases but find the process to access the page (as explained here and specifically in the screenshot below) somewhat laborious.

Agreed! This page is difficult to find and then difficult to navigate to.
Think the best way / quickest way is to use
report a problem- - purchase history
at the apple website.

It pops up the purchase history for all the accounts in a family plan, and I would imagine your own if it’s just you.

That should work.
Also. A long press on the App Store app will bring up a list, including purchases.
