Activating focus with shortcut doesn't let the focus turn off with its own automation

Hi there!
I have a focus mode with an automation that turns that on and off based on location.

I’m working on a shortcut that, along with other operations, turns on this focus mode, but I’ve noticed that when I activate it this way it won’t turn off with the location automation.

I think this is because of the “until” field that the shortcut forces you to set, but even setting that to “when I leave” doesn’t seem to work.

Has anyone experienced this issue and have found a workaround?

I’ve notified similar behavior but never used the “when I leave” option so I thought it was because I set it up as “until turned off”. Which was still odd to me. Probably something isn’t quite right with the set focus actions
