Maybe someone like to log a mindful session without using the Breath app, like me. I use “7 mind” for meditation - each session is 7 minutes. Should be easy to log, but workflow need a start and end-date.
Attached two kinds of the same workflow:
- the workflow ask for the duration and add this to the current time, before logging.
- just one press at the end of the session to log 7 minutes
