The text is one item. Try splitting it into separate items.

Still does not work. It only creates 3 activities out of the first date.

Hard to continue to help without seeing your current iteration. Have you updated all subsequent date variables to reference Repeat Item?

I would guess that you haven’t amended to reference each of the split items, and are referencing the original text item three times.
