Just to close the loop here, as referenced on episode 155, there is now an option to grab transcriptions via the new Obsidian vault I created.
As discussed in episode 155, the episode notes in the vault contain Whisper-based transcriptions, but in addition they also get some general automation-driven corrections for hundreds of common mis-transcriptions that tend to occur in the episodes and then a human pass (as time permits - this is an ongoing process for a backlog of episodes[1]). Mileage will vary, but also improve over time.
If you open the vault in Obsidian, and open the “Episode Readiness” page, you can track which episodes I have given a human pass over. ↩︎
