Tasks from Bear to Omnifocus

I currently only really use Drafts for meeting notes, which I save in Apple Notes and transfer the tasks to Omnifocus (anything with “- [ ]” is recognised as a task).

Given this is the only use, I’d like to start using Bear as it is far nicer to write in. I still want to transfer the tasks to Omnifocus, but I can’t figure out how to do it.

Any ideas?

Share the content from Bear to Shortcuts and have that parse out the tasks and add them to Omnifocus. Basically have Shortcuts take the place of what the Drafts action was doing.
