Shortcut to Play Focus at Will

I would like to create a shortcut to play Focus at Will. I can create the shortcut to open the app, but not sure if I can automate the “play” function. Any ideas?

Unless it has Shortcuts integration or a URL scheme, that’s unlikely to be possible. The iOS security model is strict on sandboxing apps.
