No neeed to unlock when running a scriptable script from a shortcut?

Hello.

Maybe somebody can help here:

I have a few shortcuts that run Scriptable scripts. When I try to trigger these shortcuts
by voice Siri tells me that I have to unlock my phone first. Questions:

  1. Is there a way to run the shortcuts so that no unlock is required but also without
    disabling the lock in general?

  2. If I need to unlock my phone in order to run such shortcuts then does this mean I
    cannot run them by talking to a HomePod because the phone needs to be unlocked first?
