As of iOS 15.4, you can now disable those notifications that show up when your automations have run.
At last, a notification screen that isn’t filled with a wall of Shortcut notifications.

Note that “Ask Before Running” remains unchanged: what required user interaction still requires user interaction. I was rooting for tap-less Bluetooth automations but still that’s still not possible.
